Exercise physiology is a branch of medicine that focuses on helping people to exercise and stay healthy. NDIS exercise physiology is offered as a part of your NDIS plan. It focuses on capacity building through physical activities and assisting participants to become more independent.

An exercise physiologist will usually begin by assessing your current physical capabilities, goals, and needs. They will then develop the best course of action, in consultation with you, to help you regain your endurance, strength, control, and mobility.
